For the first time my family and I went to a WOW tournament the Kickoff Classic and we liked it. My husband and I had 3 sons in the tournament. I wanted to give the advice that make sure after weighing in you check you wrestlers arm and hand and make sure they have the necessary stamps. Just because they have one stamp doesn't mean they made weight. I almost had it where my 7 year old son wasn't going to be able to wrestle like his twin brother and his older brother of 8 due to the fact that he was .2 pounds over his registered weight. I would like to say a HUGE thank you to those people that I talked to that make sure that my son was going to be able to wrestle after he was crying and upset that he wasn't going to be able to try to take 1st. Those people know who they are and words cannot express my gratitude. Even though he didn't take 1st he did place 5th which was better than his siblings that placed 6th and then did not place but was 1 match away from placing. Anyone that never been to a WOW tournment it is definately worth it just pay attention and ask questions to make sure your wrestler will have no problem wrestling. The tournament was worth it but just a boring 11 hour ride from Northwest Indiana. We look forward into coming back and only wish that a tournament like this was closer to home. Sarina Noonan
